Jasper College Child Care Program
Jasper College started the child care program, which is designed for
students who want to gain experience in working at a child
care centre in Canada. It is a great experience for people
who have worked in child care centres or kindergartens in
their home countries, or for people who are willing to do
so in the future. First, students take the English Program
for 8 weeks minimum, and then they take 8 weeks of child care
program. After the child care program, they can take the internship
course at child care centre/kindergarten/after school care.
After they finish this course, Jasper College provides them with a certificate.
If students want to have a provincial certificate from Alberta,
we will help you take the level 1 course (8 weeks long) during
your stay.
